Our fellows’
performance is tracked through
an internet-based evaluation program
based on the following competencies:

- Interpersonal and Communication
Skills
Fellows meet regularly with an
assigned faculty advisor who gives
them an assessment of their progress.
This feedback allows fellows to
correct deficiencies and be aware
of what they are doing well. |
