assistance to analyze data
on patients with diabetes
and make changes in practice
aimed at improving clinical
outcomes. This activity will
follow the 3 stage process
as outlined by the AMA PRA.
This activity is funded
through an educational grant
from Pfizer to the
Association of Hospital
Medical Education (AHME) to
support Performance
Improvement CME
(PI CME)
activities for AHME member
institutions. AHME retains
full control over the
distribution of individual
grants under this
collaborative grant program.
The Physicians' Institute
for Excellence in Medicine
serves as the manager for
these activities.
