The Services You Need
Since 1985, Carle Clinic - Monticello has been serving the health care needs of Piatt
County residents. From routine check-ups to treating minor illness and more serious health
problems, Carle clinic - Monticello offers the services families need most.
In addition to medical diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, our staff offers a wide
range of preventive care, minor office surgical procedures and on-site diagnostic
services, including laboratory services and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
Access to Specialized Care
When you receive care at Carle Clinic - Monticello, you are connected to all the
resources and expertise of Carle Clinic Association - the largest group practice in the
region. Nearly 300 doctors in more than 50 medical specialties and sub-specialties are
available to consult with you and your personal doctor, if specialty care is needed.
Hours
Our office hours are from 7:30 am - 7:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; and from 7:30
a.m. - 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.
After Hours and Emergency Care
After closing and on holidays, Carles voice mail system will give you information
about obtaining emergency services, quick push button access to Carles Patient Advisory Nurse,
or allow you to leave messages regarding prescriptions or appointment cancellations.
Patient Advisory Nurse
One call to the Patient Advisory Nurse number at (217) 383-3233
puts patients and their families in touch with a Carle nursing
professional 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Patient Advisory
Nurses offer:
- General health information
- Nursing assessment of health concerns. The nurse will
direct you to the most appropriate level of care based on
physician approved guidelines.
- First aid and/or home/self care instruction
Pharmacy Hours
Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
