Carle Clinic - Danville on Vermilion has been meeting the health care needs of families in the
Vermilion County area since 1983. And as the demand for Carle services grows, we are
growing with it.
The Clinic is staffed with 83 patient care and support staff
members. It boasts a 53,000 square foot facility with four waiting
areas, numerous exam rooms
and plenty of convenient parking. Attached to the Clinic is the Carle SurgiCenter and
Recovery Center - a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery facility.
A Wide Range of Services
Carle Clinic -
Danville on Vermilion houses a wide variety of specialty care
services. Our comprehensive Cardiology and Oncology departments are
located here, as well as Occupational medicine services, including
pre-placement and executive physical examinations, drug screens and
DOT physicals. The Clinic has a registered dietitian on staff who
meets with patients to provide nutrition information, diet
instruction, weight reduction programs and counseling.

Our office hours are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

After Hours and Emergency Care
After closing, phone calls are transferred to Carle Clinic in Urbana where you can receive
information about obtaining emergency services or how to reach the doctor on call. Calls
from obstetrical and surgery patients will be directed to the patient's doctor.
Patient Advisory Nurse
One call to the Patient Advisory Nurse number at (217) 383-3233 puts
patients and their families in touch with a Carle nursing
professional 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Patient Advisory
Nurses offer:
- General health information
- Nursing assessment of health concerns. The nurse will
direct you to the most appropriate level of care based on
physician approved guidelines.
- First aid and/or home/self care instruction
