Great Location, Easy Access
Our location on Fairchild is centrally located. We have plenty of parking, with one
check-in, all located on one level. The offices allow patients privacy and providers space
to care for them.
The Clinic is staffed with 98 patient care and support staff members. It boasts a 33,000
square foot facility with spacious waiting areas, numerous exam rooms and a Carle
RxExpress pharmacy.
A Wide Range of Services
The Carle Clinic - Danville on Fairchild patient care staff includes several nurse
practitioners and physician assistants who work closely with doctors to provide
routine medical care to patients. They are qualified to manage stable, chronic
illnesses, conduct routine physicals and provide patient education. If you prefer,
you may see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for many of your
health care needs.
Many common X-ray and laboratory procedures are offered on site, including
mammography and prenatal ultrasound.

Hours
Our office hours are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday,
and 8 a.m. - noon on Saturday.
Convenient Care
Convenient Care is for both adults and children with conditions too big
to ignore, but that don't require a visit to the Emergency Department. Extended office
hours at Carle Clinic - Danville on Fairchild makes it easy to see a physician when
you need one. Convenient Care is open Monday - Friday from 5 - 8 p.m.
and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
After Hours and Emergency Care
After closing, phone calls are transferred to Carle Clinic in Urbana where you
can receive information about obtaining emergency services or how to reach the
doctor on call. Calls from obstetrical and surgery patients will be directed to
the patient's doctor.
Business Office

Patient Advisory Nurse
One call to the Patient Advisory Nurse number at (217) 383-3233 puts
patients and their families in touch with a Carle nursing
professional 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Patient Advisory
Nurses offer:
- General health information
- Nursing assessment of health concerns. The nurse will
direct you to the most appropriate level of care based on
physician approved guidelines.
- First aid and/or home/self care instruction
 Carle Home Health Services
Carle HomeCare is a fully licensed agency that provides services to Danville-area
residents. In-home skilled nursing services, therapy, social services and home health aide
services are available to homebound patients under a doctor's care.
Carle Hospice is an integrated home care program that provides special care and
support services to people with a limited life expectancy and their families. The Hospice
team includes the patient, his or her doctor, a nurse, social worker and chaplain who all
help to develop a customized plan to meet the needs of each Hospice patient. Call

Use our new drive-thru service or have your provider send your prescription to us during
your appointment. You can pick it up on your way out.
