Carle Campuses and Buildings are Smoke Free
Carle’s smoking policy reflects its mission of improving
the health of the people of east central Illinois. As of September 1, 2004, all
Carle buildings and grounds are smoke-free. This policy means that patients,
visitors, volunteers and employees are not able to smoke anywhere (inside or
outside) on any Carle property or at any facility that we lease, including:

Carle Foundation Hospital

Carle Clinic Association locations

Carle businesses

Property Carle rents or leases
Carle cares about the health of our patients, visitors and employees. If you
need information about smoking cessation products or resources while you are at
Carle Foundation Hospital, please contact your primary healthcare provider.
For information about where you can smoke or use tobacco products, please ask
a Security Officer.
