The Carle Internal Agency offers you unique scheduling options, as well as rewards for doing what you do best. The Carle Internal Nursing Agency is  a nursing "pool" based on your experience and work commitment with built-in rewards. You choose:

• Critical care or medical/surgical clinical groups
• Flexible scheduling including daytime shifts (from 8 hours per week to full time)
• No weekends and no holiday shifts
• Competitive benefits plan or higher pay scale (up to $33 per hour)
• No call shifts
• Charge differential eligibility

The Carle Weekend Nursing Program

You’ve asked and we’ve listened. At Carle Foundation Hospital, we’re determined to give you the flexibility to meet your personal needs while providing the best possible patient care. You’re in control with the freedom and variety of different departments and hours. With increased flexibility and options, you’ll experience everything that nursing at Carle can offer.

The Carle Weekend Nursing Program is a weekend-only scheduling option with increased pay. You choose:

• A nursing environment of interest
• Two or three 12-hour shifts or three 8-hour shifts (7 out of 8 weekends)
• Day, evening and night shifts
• Competitive benefits plan
• Higher pay ($38 per hour)
• No call shifts
• Charge differential eligibility
