Career Development Student Volunteers

Career Development Student Volunteers are assigned a mentor who oversees their experience to make it both informative and educational. While students are not directly involved with patient treatment, they help Carle employees with equipment and other patient care related duties.

What will I do as a Career Development Student Volunteer?

Students may be asked to help with equipment and /or clerical related duties.
Students will be assigned additional duties by their mentor or department supervisor that relates to their field of study.

How do I join the Career Development Student Volunteer program?

To join the Career Development Student Volunteer Program, please call Carle Volunteer Services at (217) 383-3362 to schedule a time to begin the application process.
