Blood & Body Fluid Exposure Services
   
Carle Occupational Medicine has years of experience caring for employees who have had a needle stick injury or other blood or body fluid exposure.

Process:

  • Report immediately.
  • Be seen in person or call and complete the blood and body fluid exposure work sheet on the phone.
  • Obtain baseline blood work.
  • Obtain baseline blood work on source of exposure.
  • Determine if high risk or low risk exposure.
  • Get treatment.
  • Obtain generated reports.
