Case coordination assures communication and direction of medical

progress through the Carle system.
Occupational Medicine case coordinators are dedicated to improving
the quality and efficiency of information to all interested parties,
including employers, health care providers, insurance carriers and
employees.
Case coordination results in cost savings to the employer

Fewer lost days of work with a proactive approach to return
employees to work.
Effective coordination and communication regarding treatment,
work status and/or referrals to specialists.
Coordinated communication with the health care team, including
designated physician specialists who have been trained to

work together to provide quality care and services to their patients.
Carle Clinic Association and Carle Foundation Hospital contract with insurance
providers separately and may or may not choose to participate in all of the same insurance
plans. Patients are urged to check with their insurance carriers as to whether services
are covered for either or both organizations.
