provided by Convenient Care.
Emergency care:
The Carle
Emergency Department located in Urbana is open 24 hours a day, 7
days per week. If possible, call the Carle Emergency Department at
217-383-3313 to notify the staff you are sending an injured
employee. The Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine
will follow up on treatment provided by the Emergency Department.

From the Main Lobby: (Orchard Street
entrance)
Proceed through the lobby and turn right at the corridor. Continue
through the automatic doors into the Breezeway area. Exit the
building left (west) through the automatic double doors and continue
west across Coler Street. Occupational Medicine is located in the
building to your left on the southwest corner of Coler and Park.
From the North Parking Garage: Enter through the Main Lobby (Orchard Street entrance) and
follow the directions above.
From the
Fairgrounds Parking Shuttle Drop-off: (Breezeway)
Walk west across Coler Street. Occupational Medicine is located in
the building to your left on the southwest corner of Coler and
Park.

Clinic Association and Carle Foundation Hospital are separate business corporations that
work together to provide quality care and services to their patients.
Carle Clinic Association and Carle Foundation Hospital contract with insurance
providers separately and may or may not choose to participate in all of the same insurance
plans. Patients are urged to check with their insurance carriers as to whether services
are covered for either or both organizations.
